By accessing and using DeviceScope ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Use of Service
DeviceScope provides informational tools designed to detect and display browser and system capabilities. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and diagnostic purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

While we strive to provide the most accurate detection possible, the information provided by DeviceScope relies on APIs and data exposed by your web browser and operating system. Due to browser privacy features, user-agent spoofing, or device configurations, we cannot guarantee that the diagnostics are 100% accurate at all times.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to processing diagnostics locally in your browser whenever possible and limiting network data collection.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DeviceScope be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to, use of, or reliance on the Service or its data.
